Meet our founder - Laiba Hayat
With over four years of experience, I support adults, teens, mothers, and women navigating reproductive health, as well as individuals with visual disabilities and those from minority communities.
My work is deeply rooted in both professional training and lived experience as a South Asian therapist, allowing me to understand the cultural, familial, and societal pressures that often go unspoken.
Through my clinical work and community involvement, I aim to create a space that feels compassionate, grounded, and genuinely understanding of the unique challenges each person carries.
I offer thoughtful, personalized support through evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. Who I Am?
I’m Laiba Hayat, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). As a woman, a daughter, and someone whose own lived experiences have shaped my path into this work, I bring a deep sense of empathy, understanding, and intention into every space I hold. My journey into therapy is rooted not only in professional training, but in personal insight—recognizing the complexities of identity, culture, family expectations, and the quiet struggles that are often carried alone.
